Were do I begin, we filed a claim with insurance company and they assigned the call to City Wide Plumbing, Mr. David called us right away and came to assess the damage, once claim was approved, Mr. David and his son Sean came and they were very meticulous with their work, they explained exactly what they were going to do and what materials were going to be used. They also gave us much need it information for the future. The most impressive part, was how clean they work, they had floor covers, vacuums and everything need it to ensure they left our house free of dust and debri, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends and they will be our favorite repair company for our plumbing and AC needs. They also made sure to check the meter before they left, just to make sure the leaks had been taken care off. We couldn't have asked for nicer, honest, knowledgeable people to work with. My water heater from 2013 broke down. The technician from citywide came out and said that the control panel could be replaced but it would cost $800. I then decided to get a new water heater. The price was extremely shocking. My previous hot water tank cost me under $900. This one cost me over $2,100. I did some research ,and that's the way it goes -prices go up. The old tank and the new tank were both 40 gallons, with similar features.The technician had a new water tank in the company vehicle,and then he installed it in a very short time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He had to install a larger flue,and everything was brought up to code.I highly recommend this company,along with the technician Mike.
